The Wild Feathers Get Romantic on New Track, ‘Stand By You’ [LISTEN]

The Wild Feathers have shared "Stand By You," the latest new release from their upcoming album, Greetings From the Neon Frontier. The song features a catchy chorus, upbeat vocals and a romantic new message, perfect for the special someone in your life. "Stand By You"'s lyrics describe a message of sticking by the person you love, no matter what cards get dealt. In the new track the group, made up of Joel King, Ben Dumas, Taylor Burns and Ricky Young, sing about how love can be a driving force through life's up and downs. "If life is what love gets you through / There ain't nothing we can't do / So be the one I hold onto, yeah / Stand by me and I stand by you / All we ever have to do / Is stand by me and I stand by you / Oh right by you," they sing.

“This song is pretty self-explanatory – it’s about standing by the one you love. It’s kind of different for us because we normally have songs about leaving the one you love,” singer-guitarist Burns jokes in a press release about the track. “We think all people can relate to ‘Stand By You’ in some way.”

Greetings From the Neon Frontier is available for pre-order on iTunes now, in advance of its release on June 29.
