Loretta Lynn's scheduled performance tonight (Oct. 22) at Kentucky's Paramount Arts Center has been cancelled, TMZ reports, as the country legend has been hospitalized with pneumonia.

The 76-year-old 'Coal Miners Daughter' singer underwent knee replacement last month. She also took the stage in 2009 just days after a bout with the flu.
