Willie Nelson is going nostalgic on 'Remember Me Vol. 1,' the iconic singer's upcoming covers album, due out Nov. 21. The 14-song collection is comprised of tunes mainly from the 1950s, an era before Willie began his own career as a recording artist.

The album features seven No. 1 country songs, including Tennessee Ernie Ford's 'Sixteen Tons,' which topped the pop charts as well. Also covered is the Johnny Cash classic 'Sunday Morning Coming Down,' and the 1954 chart-topper, 'This Old House,' originally recorded by Rosemary Clooney. Willie's take on Webb Pierce's 'More and More' will be also be offered as a bonus iTunes exclusive download.

Hand-picked by Willie, the tracks are taken from the singer's sessions with famed producer James Stroud, who also owns the album's label home, R & J Records. The second volume is expected to be released next year.
