Willie Nelson is set to perform at the upcoming T.J. Martell Foundation 34th annual Awards Gala. The fundraiser will salute those who've worked to make a difference in the fight against cancer and AIDS.

A special tribute to Michael Jackson will also take place, recognizing the late King of Pop as the largest single donor to the foundation in its 34-year history.

Other performers will include jazz singer Dianne Reeves and pop/soul artist Kristina Train.

The event is also being held to honor individuals whose efforts have significantly advanced the organization's cause. This year's honorees will include Warner Music Nashville President John Esposito, Blue Note Records President Bruce Lundvall, and Dunkin Brands Executive Chairman Jon Luther.

The T.J. Martell Foundation's 34th annual Awards Gala takes place at the Hilton New York Hotel in New York City on October 28.
