Country star and 'Celebrity Apprentice' winner John Rich is putting up his first house for sale, tweeting "Who wants to be my neighbor?" He even made a special video featuring the now empty home and a personal plea: "This is a very special place to be and I hope that somebody who really loves country music buys it and becomes my neighbor." (Watch the video below.)

The house is on Nashville's Love Circle, from which many homes have a beautiful view of the city. It was purchased with the money the singer/songwriter/producer earned from Big & Rich's mega-hit 'Save a Horse, Ride a Cowboy' and Gretchen Wilson's 'Redneck Woman,' which he co-wrote. Such star friends as Keith Urban, Wynonna Judd and Taylor Swift have visited and written songs on the house's big concrete steps. John moved down the street into a bigger place just a stone's throw away, but he promises to be a very friendly neighbor if you buy this house for $580,000.

"I'll personally come over with a big ol' bottle of champagne and I'll pour you the first glass," he says in the video. Now that's neighborly!
