Willie Nelson's annual Farm Aid concert will be held this Saturday in Mansfield, Mass., featuring performances by a host of country and rock stars. Kenny Chesney, John Mellencamp, Jerry Lee Lewis, Dave Matthews, Neil Young, Jamey Johnson and Steve Earleare just a few of the musicians lending their voices to the concert, which raises money for struggling American farmers.WZLX on AOL Radio will be broadcasting live from the concert. Farm Aid was started by Nelson in 1985 and has since raised more than $30 million to help American farmers.
