Crude Fest Announces 2016 Lineup, Featuring Josh Abbott Band, Turnpike Troubadours, Aaron Watson and More
Get excited, Texas country music fans: Crude Fest has revealed its 2016 lineup! The Josh Abbott Band, the Turnpike Troubadours and Aaron Watson are set to headline the three-day event -- but they're just the beginning.
Also set to play Crude Fest 2016 are Kevin Fowler, Jason Boland, Cody Johnson, Wade Bowen, Roger Creager, Bart Crow, Whiskey Myers, William Clark Green, Kyle Park, Mark McKinney, Dalton Domino, the Judson Cole Band, Sam Riggs, and Rich O’Toole.
“We look forward to welcoming our fans back in 2016,” says Dhruv Prasad, executive vice president of live events for Townsquare Media, Inc., one of the festival's organizers. “Crude Fest is an extraordinary event featuring some of the biggest names in Texas country music, and we can’t wait for everyone to see what we have in store this year.”
Founded in 2009 by a Midland, Texas, resident with a passion for Texas country music and a desire to unite the community and celebrate the best of Texas culture and music, Crude Fest takes place at Lone Star Ranch, midway between Midland and Odessa, Texas. The 2016 festival is scheduled for May 12-14, 2016.
Tickets for Crude Fest 2016 are on sale now. General admission tickets are available for all three days beginning at $65, while VIP tickets for the full weekend start at $200.
