Rodney Crowell, Lucinda Williams + More Americana Artists to Showcase at SXSW

Rodney Crowell and Lucinda Williams will be appearing with several other Americana musicians in a special SXSW showcase from the Americana Music Association.

The showcase will take place on Wednesday, March 12, and Friday, March 14, during the upcoming SXSW festival in Austin, Texas.

The show on the 12th will take place at St. David's Episcopal Church, featuring Parker Milsap, the Haden Triplets, Wanda Jackson, Willie Watson, John Fullbright and Bobby Rush.

The 14th will feature Williams, Crowell, the Mowgli's, Boy & Bear, the Felice Brothers, the Wood Brothers, Sons of Feathers, Hurray for the Riff Raff and Shakey Graves at the Gatsby.

The 2014 Americana Music Festival & Conference is set to take place in Nashville Sept. 17-21. More information about the the Americana Music Association and upcoming events is available at americanamusic.org.
