She may be a little late to the game, but Reba McEntire is now "tweeting" with the best of them. The iconic singer now has her own account on the social networking site, Twitter, updating fans on her daily routine.

"I don't understand why people would be interested in what I had for breakfast," Reba tells The Boot, flashing her trademark smile. "It doesn't seem very interesting to me, but they tell me to write it down and tweet!"

The red-head from Oklahoma says she hasn't signed on to follow many folks on Twitter, but she does keep up with a fellow red-head. "I'm so new at this, but I have been following Martina [McBride]," she confesses. "She is doing really good at putting things up on her site."

Reba is also Twitter friends with Joe Bonsall of the Oak Ridge Boys, who seemed astounded at one of the singer's recent tweets. After Reba posted that she had just had a lesson with her Apple coach, who "taught me a lot about how to move my Flip Movies into iMovie," Bonsall responded, "You have an Apple teacher? Cool!"

Reba says she has a lot of people following her, and she'll be glad to keep them informed about her comings and goings. "If I have something to say I'll be tweeting," she assures her fans. Other info you can find out if you follow McEntire -- she was thrilled to be part of inducting her friend Barbara Mandrell into the Country Music Hall of Fame last weekend, and she's just been on a road trip with her mother and sister Susie Luchsinger. The singer confesses that she's going to have to "double up on my workouts when I get home 'cause we've had too much good food!"
