Jason Aldean has chosen "Tonight Looks Good on You" as his next single. The song is from his No. 1, platinum-selling Old Boots, New Dirt album.

With lines like, "Somethin' about that Southern sky / Sitting back behind that moon / It goes perfect with your eyes / Girl, tonight looks good on you / It's something about the way you're smiling / Making the stars fall right on cue / I just gotta tell you, baby / Tonight looks good on you," the song, written by Rhett Akins, Ashley Gorley and Dallas Davidson, has a bluesy, sexy feel that fits perfectly with Aldean's latest record.

“Just because I’m a country artist doesn't mean I don’t hear things in other forms of music that I think are really cool and could work for what we’re doing here,” the singer says. “From the very beginning, we've always tried to cut great songs. Some of those songs are about promoting having a good time — driving trucks, fishing, hunting, because that’s just what we do — but I would like to think that some stuff on this album is a little deeper, too."

"Tonight Looks Good on You" would fit perfectly at a wedding -- say, the one Aldean and his fiancee Brittany Kerr are planning for later this year.

“The wedding will be fun. I’ve gotten some characters showing up,” he reveals, adding that the ceremony will be “pretty small and low-key.”

Aldean is currently crossing the country on his 2015 Burn It Down Tour, with Cole Swindell and Tyler Farr serving as his opening acts. A list of upcoming dates is available on his website.
