Dolly Parton has been dabbling in the Hollywood scene since her starring role in the hit movie 9 to 5 in 1980. Nearly four decades later, she's lending her voice to the original motion picture soundtrack for the move Dumplin', the story of the plus-sized daughter of a beauty queen who enters a pageant to show up her mother. Readers can press play above to hear the first cut to be released from the soundtrack, a collaboration between Parton and pop star Sia on the triumphant song "Here I Am."

"Here I Am" was originally penned by Parton for her 1971 album Coat of Many Colors. This re-imagining of the track with Sia breathes striking new life into the song. Parton and Sia trade lines throughout the song, harmonizing together and with a gospel choir: "Here I am, I'm reaching out to give you love that you're without / I can help you find what you've been looking for / Here I am, come to me, take my hand because I believe / I can give you all the love you need and more / Oh here I am, oh here I am, here I am ..."

Based on the novel by Julie Murphy, Dumplinreferences Parton and her music throughout, so it was only logical to have the country icon create the soundtrack for the film, which stars Jennifer Aniston and Danielle Macdonald, both of whom appear on the soundtrack with Parton. Other stars who join Parton on the Dumplin' soundtrack include Miranda Lambert, Mavis Staples, Elle King, Alison Krauss and Rhonda Vincent.

Parton was joined in her songwriting efforts for Dumplin' by Linda Perry, the pen behind pop hits for stars including Pink and Christina Aguilera and the former lead singer of 4 Non Blondes. The full soundtrack will be released on Nov. 30 on Dolly Records/RCA Nashville (Sony Music). Netflix will air the film and release it in select theaters across the U.S. later this year.
