Later in September 2019, country stars will convene at Nashville's Ryman Auditorium for a benefit concert raising funds for those affected by Hurricane Dorian in the Bahamas. Organized by singer-songwriter Patrick Davis, the event will feature performances from Darius Rucker, Randy Houser, Sugarland's Kristian Bush, Devin Dawson, Hootie & the Blowfish's Mark Bryan, James Otto and more yet-to-be-announced performers.

Davis is also the founder of the Songwriters in Paradise (SIP) Festival, an annual event that takes place in Hope Town on the Abaco Islands in the Bahamas. Each year, the festival brings some of the world's finest songwriters and performers to the island. When Hurricane Dorian's path of destruction tour through the Bahamas, Hope Town and the Abacos were among the first-hit locations. Immediately, Davis and the SIP Festival stepped in to help raise funds to help recover from the storm's damage, launching a GoFundMe campaign that has raised over $350,000 to date.

Now, the SIP Hope 4 Hope Town benefit concert will double down on those relief efforts, featuring an evening of music with ticket purchases benefitting those affected by the hurricane. Along with the event itself, an online auction of one-of-a-kind items take place. Proceeds from both -- along with the continuing GoFundMe campaign -- will benefit overall relief efforts, but will focus especially on aiding those living in the outer Bahamian islands who may not receive government aid as quickly.

The benefit concert will take place on Sept. 16 at at 7:30 PM at the Ryman Auditorium. Tickets are on sale now; for more information, visit Hope4HopeTown.com.
