Clint Black is taking the reins from Tim McGraw ... Flicka's reins, that is.

Clint stars in the straight-to-DVD movie, 'Flicka 2,' the sequel to Tim's 2006 family-friendly movie, 'Flicka.' The new movie is based on the best-selling novel about a big-city teenager whose life is turned upside down when she moves to her father's horse farm in Wyoming and bonds with a wild, spirited Mustang named Flicka.

Clint plays main ranch hand Toby, who guides Hank (Patrick Warburton, 'Family Guy,' 'Seinfeld') as he is suddenly confronted with raising his daughter, Carrie (Tammin Sursok, 'The Young and the Restless').

The movie will premiere on April 27 in Nashville, with Clint set to attend the screening. The 'Flicka 2' DVD – which includes behind-the-scenes features, a documentary on the North American Mustang, an in-depth interview with Clint and a blooper reel -- will be available at Walmart and Sam's Clubs throughout the U.S. and Canada. There's also a special two-pack, which includes the new movie plus the original 'Flicka' film. It's now available for pre-order, with a sale price of $15 on Walmart's website.
