Country musician Charlie Worsham is set to release his debut album via Warner Music Nashville. The disc boasts some impressive guests -- country legends Marty Stuart and Vince Gill appear on a track with the aspiring young star.

Titled 'Rubberband,' the 11-track album is set for release on Aug. 20. The multi-talented Worsham co-wrote all of the songs and co-produced the album with Ryan Tyndell. The album's first single, 'Could It Be,' is already available on iTunes and is getting added to radio playlists all over the country. Stuart and Gill appear on a track titled 'Tools of the Trade.'

Though Worsham is a newcomer to a solo career, he's well-known in country music circles. The Mississippi native has worked steadily as an in-demand session player and side man for some of the top artists in country music, including Dierks Bentley, Taylor Swift, Eric Church and Miranda Lambert. He'll spend much of the summer on tour to promote the forthcoming release, including appearances with Bentley, Lambert and the Band Perry.

Critics have already taken notice of the multi-instrumentalist. The Tennessean newspaper in Nashville praised Worsham's "instantly identifiable voice, a guitar style full of virtuosity, surprising shift and subtle humor... a descriptive lyrical style that is all his own" (quote via Country Music Is Love). But accolades are nothing new to the musician; in 1999, when he was in the seventh grade, the Mississippi state senate formally recognized Worsham for his excellence in both music and academics.
