Carrie Underwood Wins ACM Top Female Vocalist

Carrie Underwood is the ACM Top Female Vocalist for the third year in a row.

"It is my belief that country music makes the world a better place, and I am so glad to be a part of country music," Carrie said in accepting her trophy. "I feel like I just won 'American Idol' over again."

Carrie also received a standing ovation for her chilling performance of 'I Told You So' on the broadcast.
