The Avett Brothers are sharing a cheery disposition about persevering in their new song, "Sun, Flood or Drought." Click play above to hear the full song, and to see a seriously adorable video that includes plenty of farm animals.

According to Rolling Stone, "Sun, Flood or Drought" was composed for The Biggest Little Farm, a documentary about a couple that decides to turn a 200-acre piece of land into a full fledged farm. In the optimistic tune the brothers, Scott and Seth Avett, sing about what the farming pair can accomplish: "What we are a part of is bigger than we know / and the height of our ability is further than we go / and fear is just another problem we will figure out / and we will grow our garden come sun, flood or drought."

The Biggest Little Farm has been shown at high profile events like Sundance and the Toronto International Film Festival. More information about the documentary, directed by John Chester, and be found on the film's official website.

In the fall of 2019, the North Carolina Museum of Art (NCMA) will open Scott Avett: I N V I S I B L E, a solo exhibition of work from the singer. Scott Avett: I N V I S I B L E will include large-scale portraits, prints and paintings, many of which take an emotional, vulnerable look at Avett and his family. The exhibit will open Oct. 12, 2019, and run through Feb. 2, 2020. For more information, visit ncartmuseum.org.
