More Performers and Presenters Added to 2014 CMA Awards Lineup
The 2014 CMA Awards are just two days away, but more celebrities continue to be added to the festivities.
Lee Brice, Brandy Clark, Dan + Shay, Brett Eldredge, Brantley Gilbert, Martina McBride, Kip Moore and Darius Rucker, along with supermodel Lilly Aldridge, have been added to the list of presenters for the ceremony. They join the previously announced list of Garth Brooks, Trisha Yearwood, ‘Nashville’‘s Connie Britton, football player Tim Tebow, Steven Tyler of Aerosmith and Lucy Hale. Brice, Clark, Dan + Shay, Eldredge, McBride and Moore are all nominated for awards this year.
In addition, Ashley Monroe will now join Blake Shelton during his performance, and the Doobie Brothers, Hunter Hayes, Michael McDonald, Jennifer Nettles, Thomas Rhett and Cole Swindell will all perform. Other artists set to take the stage include Jason Aldean, Dierks Bentley, Luke Bryan, the Band Perry, Kenny Chesney, Eric Church, Florida Georgia Line, Lady Antebellum, Miranda Lambert (with pop star Meghan Trainor), Little Big Town (with pop star Ariana Grande), Tim McGraw, Kacey Musgraves, George Strait and Keith Urban. The evening's co-hosts, Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood, will perform as well.
The pre-telecast ceremonies will be hosted by Chris Young beginning at 6:30PM CT. Musical Event, Music Video and Musician of the Year will be awarded during this time, as will Radio Station and Radio Personality of the Year.
The 2014 CMA Awards will air live from Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena on Wednesday, Nov. 5 at 8PM ET on ABC.
