Best New Artist Grammy winners the Zac Brown Band have announced a 15-city West Coast portion of their Breaking Southern Ground tour beginning March 2 in San Diego, Calif. Select concertgoers will get the "full Zac Brown Band experience" by feasting on some of the band's favorite southern dishes at their pre-show "eat-and-greet" which features performances by the Atlanta-based artists signed to Zac's Southern Ground Records label, including Sonia Leigh, Levi Lowrey and Nic Cowan. On this special West Coast run, husband and wife duo Joey + Rory will emcee the shows.

"Zac helps cook," ZBB's violin player Jimmy De Martini tells The Boot of their unique backstage experience. "Somehow he's fitting in cooking for everybody in between soundcheck! He loves doing that stuff. That's his other passion besides music. I think about 60 fans/radio winners get to come. They'll get to meet the band. We're all going to sit down and hang out with the fans, and Zac is going to cook for everybody."

In July, the Zac Brown Band will play a string of dates, including New York's Citi Field, with the Dave Matthews Band. The Zac Brown Band's latest single, 'Highway 20 Ride,' is currently approaching the Top 10 on Billboard's country singles chart.
