Zac Brown Band's 'Free' has climbed to the top of both the Mediabase/Country Aircheck and Billboard country charts. Keith Urban's 'I'm In' is in at No. 2, followed by Blake Shelton's 'It's All About Tonight' at No. 3.

'Free' was the fifth single from the band's double-platinum-selling 2008 album 'The Foundation,' and the whole album features songs with a distinctive sound. "I've studied a lot of different people intensely and the people that write great songs, have great harmony and have a tight band ... they all bleed into [our music]," Zac tells The Boot. "But I'm proud to have a unique sound and be different than other stuff. Not that we try to be, but we're ourselves and it is different."

Fans can now pre-order the Zac Brown Band's upcoming album, 'You Get What You Give' and download the first single, 'She's Walking Away,' featuring Alan Jackson, at their official website. The new collection, due in stores September 21, also features a duet with Jimmy Buffett on 'Knee Deep.'

In the meantime, catch Zac and his band of merry men in concert this summer. They are set to hit Raleigh, N.C., on Wednesday, August 11. Click here for a full list of tour dates.
