Will Australia's version of 'The Voice' be as popular as America's? Judging by its star power, probably so. Country sensation Keith Urban joins fellow Aussie Delta Goodrem, R&B/soul star Seal and Good Charlotte's Joel Madden as the show's four celebrity coaches.

"It's authenticity -- that's the thing I'm looking for," says Keith of his strategy for picking teammates. "It's just that pure believability, that I feel like this person is speaking to me."

Stateside, Season 2 of the U.S. version of 'The Voice' premiered after the Super Bowl this past weekend on NBC. With celebrity coaches Blake Shelton, Cee Lo Green, Christina Aguilera and Maroon 5's Adam Levine, the first episode of the season had more than 37 million viewers.
