Gill helped his wife see the positive side of things when she was at her lowest.

They took the song to a whole new level.

However, the country star says that -- with a little help from Guy Clark -- she did mange to get him one present that made his face light up.

"Thank YOU for your many prayers over the last few months and as my healing continues," Grant writes.

Amy Grant is still recovering from her injuries, but Vince Gill says she's doing well.

She says her recovery has come with many "gifts."
