Looks like Blake Shelton and fellow 'Voice' coaches Cee Lo Green, Adam Levine and Christina Aguilera may have competition for their jobs when Season 3 comes along. Reba McEntire, who's serving as a mentor for Team Blake, is having more fun on the show than she'd ever dreamed.

"I enjoyed meeting the young singers, watching them evolve, with their confidence building each day. I love competition," she tells the Oklahoman. "Watching the singers inside the boxing ring/stage go head-to-head is very exciting and entertaining. That's my favorite part."

The recent Country Music Hall of Fame inductee enjoyed another perk of the experience, as well. "Of course, hanging out with Blake is a lot of fun, too!" adds the music icon.

As for the 'Honey Bee' singer, he views his role as more than just a coach. "I understand the position they're in is a tough one," Blake tells The Boot. "I couldn't have been a brand-new artist who had never really performed in front of that many people and all of a sudden standing on stage in front of a huge studio audience, plus millions of people watching at home, and not had a panic attack. It's a lot of pressure they're under. My thing is letting them know that they have a friend, and they have somebody that will fight for them and be in their corner and pull strings and favors for them when they need it. That's as important in this business as anything."

'The Voice' has been such a success so far that it's coming back for a second year, with all four original judges. In addition, the show has scored the coveted post-Super Bowl slot to kick off their second season next year.

Blake is juggling spending time in Los Angeles for the live 'Voice' episodes and hitting the road with Brad Paisley on his H20 II: Wetter & Wilder tour. Keep track of his tour schedule here.
