The Peach Pickers are set to host their second annual benefit concert for the Georgia Music Foundation.

'Georgia on My Mind: Peach Pickers & Friends Host a Night of Georgia Music' will take place at Nashville's historic Ryman Auditorium on May 12. Most of the artists who will perform with the Peach Pickers at the event will not be announced prior the show, but last year's event included appearances from Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Cole Swindell and more.

"Ben, Rhett and I were so humbled to have so many friends come together last year,” the trio's Dallas Davidson says. “All of us in Nashville today who are from Georgia share this bond that's connected to the land, but also to the deep musical roots in our state."

Since 1994, the Georgia Music Foundation has been working to enhance the public's knowledge of Georgia's musical heritage with music preservation, education and outreach programs. Last year, the organization gave funds from the event to the James Brown Academy of Musik Pupils in Augusta, Ga.; helped purchase instruments for two middle schools in Hephzibah, Ga.; and supported archival and research projects.

"As chair of the Georgia Music Foundation, I had the opportunity to see the students from the James Brown Academy perform this fall," Davidson adds. "I was so moved to see what a profound impact that programs that provide music education and teach about music heritage have on students."

Tickets to 'Georgia on my Mind' are available at Ryman.com.
