Little Big Town Play Talent Scouts

Little Big Town is offering aspiring country artists the chance of a lifetime. The quartet is hosting a competition to land an opening spot on their upcoming A Place to Land Tour.

"In the past, Little Big Town has had amazing opportunities as an opening act," says Little Big Town's Karen Fairchild. "We've had the honor of opening for John Mellencamp, George Strait, Martina McBride, Sugarland, Keith Urban and more. Because of our experiences, we wanted to find a way to give back to some bands that are just getting started in their careers."

Four different acts will be chosen to open different concerts along the way, and it's up to the fans to pick the winners. Fans and musicians can log on to http://eventful.com/littlebigtown to participate. Once the bands are registered for the competition, the rest is up to the support of their fans by using Eventful's Demand service. The four performers with the most 'Demands' will win themselves an opening slot.

"It's even more special because the fans get to choose," says Fairchild. "I can't wait to see who the fans select."
