They swept the Grammy Awards, taking home more trophies than any other artist during Sunday night's ceremony, and now Lady Antebellum are ready to get back to work. The winning trio are working on a follow-up to their multi-platinum album, 'Need You Now,' and they say the heat is on.

"It inspired us and did put a little extra pressure in a good way of like, 'OK, this is our moment to really take this thing and make a great record," lead singer Charles Kelley says of the band's newfound motivation (quote via ABC News Radio).

Their first thought after winning the Record of the Year honor was, "We got a lot of work to do!" And that's just what they're doing. Already putting in a lot of studio hours for the new CD, the group are pleased with their early progress. "We're about halfway done, and we feel really great about what we've done so far," Charles notes.

Lady A will have to squeeze in time to hit the recording studio between their packed concert schedule. Their next show will be at Nashville's Wildhorse Saloon this Friday (February 18), when they play a benefit for the W.O. Smith School of Music. Their tour continues with shows in Mississippi, Florida and Oklahoma. See their tour schedule here.
