Joey + Rory Take ‘Farmhouse Christmas’ on the Road

With their holiday album, 'A Farmhouse Christmas,' available at all music retailers this week, married singing couple Joey Martin and Rory Lee Feek of Joey + Rory have announced a string of tour dates in promotion of their new Christmas collection.

"Our hope is to bring a little bit of what it's like at our farmhouse during Christmas time to each place that we visit," Joey says of the duo's latest outing. "Whether we're in Boston, New Jersey or New York City ... for that particular evening, in that place, everyone is in our living room with us, gathered around the tree."

'A Farmhouse Christmas' features 10 original, non-holiday-standard tracks, including Merle Haggard's classic, 'If We Make It Through December,' with the legend providing background vocals on the track. "This is our favorite record we've ever made," confesses Rory. "Just being able to share these songs with people, night after night, is so exciting to us."

Sponsored by Roper Apparel and Footwear, Joey + Rory's A Farmhouse Christmas tour will kick off on Nov. 25 in Anderson, Ind., with 12 dates scheduled across the U.S. The holiday outing wraps in Boston, Mass., just days before Christmas.
