Jake Owen Continues to Shine as Internet Star

Jake Owen has a fan in ABC. The Grammy award-winning singer is once again partnering with the network as the host of a daily countdown series leading up to the CMA Awards.

Previously hosting 'Nashville Nights' during the 2009 CMA Music Festival in June, 'The Countdown to Country Music's Biggest Night' will once again air on ABC.com. Each five-minute episode, airing from Nov. 4 to Nov. 12, will take viewers behind the scenes of the events leading up to the awards show, including a look at some of the biggest stars coming out to perform, present and party (and possibly take home an award or two!).

Jake, whose single 'Eight-Second Ride,' is currently in the top 25, is also nominated for New Artist of the Year. The CMA Awards air live, Nov. 11 on ABC.
