Home Free have released a cover of Garth Brooks' latest single, "Mom," just in time for Mother's Day.

The song's accompanying music video shows the guys singing the tune while pictures of mothers both young and old flash across the screen.

"Mom" was released by Brooks as the second single from his 2014 Man Against Machine album. Shortly after his new record came out, Brooks gave a touching performance of the single on Good Morning America.

“Everyone knows how much I loved my mom,” Brooks says of the song. “Why no one has ever written this song before, I don’t know. Why I never wrote it before, I don’t know, but I’m grateful Don Sampson and Wynn Varble did.

“It took me almost a month to get it together to record it,” he adds. “My producer finally told me to man up and do it.”

The Minnesota-based Home Free shot to national stardom when they won Season 4 of The Sing-Off, an a cappella TV talent show, in 2013, earning them a $100,000 cash prize and a recording contract with Sony. Their freshman album, Crazy Life, was released in January of 2014 and is available through iTunes. The group will make its debut on the Grand Ole Opry on July 17.

Home Free's busy touring schedule takes them to New Mexico and California later this month, followed by a trip to Nashville, where they will perform a free show at the CMA Music Festival. A list of all of their upcoming shows is available on their website.
