When Gretchen Wilson steps onto the stage at the 2019 CMA Awards on Wednesday night (Nov. 13), she'll be wearing an outfit partially borrowed from a fellow artist's closet. The "Redneck Woman" singer's pants for the big night came from none other than Dolly Parton.

According to Wilson's publicist, the singer and Parton were at 2019 CMA Awards rehearsals on Sunday (Nov. 10) when Wilson mentioned that she liked the pants Parton was wearing and wanted to wear something similar for Country Music's Biggest Night. Instead of sending Wilson to her stylist or offering shopping tips, Parton offered up that very pair of pants for the occasion.

Wilson and Parton, a co-host of the 2019 CMA Awards, are part of an all-female opening performance that will find them, fellow CMAs co-hosts Carrie Underwood and Reba McEntire, and the Highwomen, Terri ClarkSara Evans, Crystal GayleMartina McBrideJennifer Nettles and Tanya Tucker performing a medley of songs by women from throughout country music history. The Country Music Association is using this year's awards show to spotlight the genre's female artists.

“[The opening performance is going have the audience] remembering what is amazing about women’s roles in country music -- what was amazing, what could be amazing,” Underwood says. “We just wanted to jam pack the CMA Awards with women … We really just wanted to jam pack it and just do it in the most wonderful, respectful way, just have as many ladies of country music in the show as possible.”

The 2019 CMA Awards will air live from Nashville's Bridgestone Arena on ABC beginning at 8PM ET.
