George Jones Opening His Home for the Holiday

George Jones and his wife Nancy are well-known around Music City for brightening up the holiday season with a dazzling display of Christmas lights and decorations on their farm just south of Nashville. But this year the couple will help light up the faces of needy children by opening their home to the public.

On Friday, Dec. 18, from 6-8 PM, the Jones family will welcome visitors and will host a visit from Santa Claus himself. Each year George and Nancy look for a way to give back to the local community, and this year they've reached out to the Give Hope project of the People's Church to help take donations of toys to distribute to less fortunate families throughout middle Tennessee.

Admission is free, but the donation of an unwrapped toy is requested.
