Eric Paslay has selected "High Class" as his next single and has released a lyric video for the new tune.

The song is the first single from Paslay's upcoming, still-untitled new album. With lines like, "We ain’t on the list / But we on the list / When you look like this / And you walk like that / Skip the line, baby / Don’t look back / Tonight we high class," the uptempo, beat-driven song is a far departure from Paslay's previous singles, including his recent Top 15 hit, "She Don't Love You (She's Just Lonely)."

""High Class" is a song for everyone," Paslay tells The Boot. "It's about seizing the moment, putting your worries aside and enjoying a night out as if you have no cares in the world.

"I'm excited to release this song as the first look into my second album," the singer continues. "I promised myself and my fans that I would always do my best to never record the same song or the same album twice. I feel like I have kept that promise, and I can’t wait for my fans to hear more new music!”

In addition to his own songs, Paslay has also written several hits for other artists, including Jake Owen's "Barefoot Blue Jean Night" and Rascal Flatts' "Rewind," among others.

The newly married singer will spend much of the fall on the road, serving as the opening act on Chris Young's I'm Comin' Over World Tour. A list of upcoming dates is available on Paslay's website.
