Craig Morgan Named Honorary Chairman of National Hunting and Fishing Day

Craig Morgan is partnering with the Outdoor Channel to take part in National Hunting and Fishing Day.

NHF Day started in 1972 to promote outdoor sports and conservation on the fourth Saturday of September annually. This year's events will take place on Sept. 27.

Morgan is an avid outdoorsman and host of 'Craig Morgan All Access Outdoors.' The singer has been named the honorary chairman for the national holiday this year. He will be promoting NHF Day on his Twitter and Facebook pages as well as at his concert at the Paper Mill Island Amphitheater in Baldwinsville, N.Y., on the 27th.

The Outdoor Channel is asking fans to post photos using the hashtags #WhatGetsYouOutdoors and #NHFDay on social media. The photos will be shown in a gallery on their website, with the one that best captures the spirit of the holiday chosen as the photo of the day.
