Chris Young’s Thanksgiving Tradition Divides the Family

Chris Young has spent much of this year on the road, but luckily he won't have far to travel for Thanksgiving.

"Pretty much all of the big holiday's we spend at my grandparents' house [in Columbia, TN], and all the family shows up," Chris tells The Boot.

This week will be no different when Chris and family celebrate in the usual way -- by taking sides and brandishing firearms.

"Half way through the day," says Chris, "the family splits up -- all the girls of the family go inside and hang out and talk, and then all the guys go outside. They've got quite a bit of land at their house. We go out back on the hill and everybody brings guns, and we go shoot."
