Brad Paisley Still Waitin’ on a Baby

Brad and Kimberly Paisley's second child just isn't quite ready to meet the world yet. Kimberly was due to give birth on April 5, which is why Paisley had to accept his ACM Top Male Vocalist award via satellite from his home in Franklin, Tenn.

"We ended up having the best time," Paisley tells PEOPLE magazine of the ACM celebration they threw at home. "Everybody was in town because we expected to have a baby already, so we took a satellite truck out to our farmhouse and had a party. We had about 35 people there. My band was there and my whole family and all the in-laws."

Brad insists the baby's delay is "not a big deal" to him. But he does joke that another Paisley family member is having a hard time waiting.

"I think maybe Huck's not buying it anymore," Paisley says of his 2-year-old son. "We keep saying, 'You're going to be a big brother,' and I sense he's like, 'Yeah, right! They're full of crap!'"
