Garth Brooks and More Earn 2017 American Music Awards Nominations
Garth Brooks, Maren Morris and Sam Hunt are among the country artists nominated at the 2017 American Music Awards. Nominees were revealed Thursday morning (Oct. 12).
Brooks is the only country star nominated in an all-genre category at the 2017 American Music Awards: He is competing for Tour of the Year against Coldplay and U2. Hunt, meanwhile, is up for Favorite Male Artist -- Country and Favorite Song -- Country, while Morris received a Favorite Female Artist -- Country nomination.
In addition to Brooks, Morris and Hunt, other country artists nominated at the 2017 American Music Awards include Keith Urban, Carrie Underwood and Little Big Town. A complete list of 2017 American Music Awards country nominees is below.

The 2017 American Music Awards will air live on ABC on Nov. 19. The ceremony will run from 8PM ET until 11PM ET.
