William Michael Morgan, Runaway June’s Jennifer Wayne Are Engaged

The year 2016 is ending on a high note for William Michael Morgan and Runaway June member Jennifer Wayne: The two are engaged!

On Wednesday night (Dec. 28), Wayne posted a photo of a bottle of wine and a bottle of champagne, writing, "It's this kind of night;" in that message, she added an emoji with heart eyes and tagged Morgan. On Friday morning (Dec. 30), the singer shared a photo of herself and Morgan, writing, "My [heart emoji]," before revealing the big news later that evening.

"It's you and me ... Forever :)," Wayne shared, along with a photo of her and Morgan's hands, clasped together. A gold ring with three stones is on her left ring finger.

Morgan is currently promoting his song "Missing," after hitting No. 1 with his debut single, "I Met a Girl;" the singer will be part of the New Faces of Country Music show at the 2017 Country Radio Seminar in February. Morgan has a daughter, Presley, who was born in March.

Runaway June -- lead singer/guitarist Naomi Cooke, singer/mandolin player Hannah Mulholland and singer/guitarist Wayne -- are signed to Wheelhouse Records; their debut single, "Lipstick," was released earlier this year. Wayne is a granddaughter of the Academy Award-winning actor John Wayne.
