"It is the stupidest song I ever heard in my life, but it's so stupid it's good." That's what Toby Keith told The Boot about his mega-hit "Red Solo Cup." Now that "stupid" song has become the best-selling single of the superstar's nearly-20-year career.

"Red Solo Cup," released in October of last year, has since sold more than two million copies. It's the only one of Toby's singles to even have reached platinum status (one million), let alone double-platinum. The singer has scored a total of 10 gold- or platinum-selling singles since 2002, when his first half-million-seller "Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue (The Angry American)" was released.

Other heavy-metal earners of Toby's include "Beer for My Horses," (with Willie Nelson), "God Love Her" and "American Ride." "Red Solo Cup" is the second single released from his latest album, Clancy's Tavern. His first release from that disc, "Made in America" has sold more than 500,000 copies. Clancy's Tavern has sold more than a half-million copies since its release and, other than Unleashed with two gold singles and Shock'n Y'all with three, is the only Toby collection to feature multiple singles that have earned gold or platinum certification.

As of last month, the video for "Red Solo Cup" had amassed more than 16 million views on YouTube.
