When disasters strike, generous souls come to the rescue, donating time and money to recovery efforts or to raising awareness. As time goes by, the immediacy lessens and new causes arise. Tim McGraw, Lady Antebellum, Sheryl Crow and more have partnered with the Aid Still Required organization via their individual social-media platforms to keep people aware of the needs of the people of Haiti, two years after the devastating earthquake there.

On Twitter, Tim's team (@TheTimMcGraw) posted the following message: "500,000 people in #Haiti still live under tarps and tents. Tim is helping thru #AidStillRequired ... Hope you will too."

A message on Lady A's Facebook page reads: "Today is the second anniversary of the earthquake in Haiti, and all of our support can help the people of Haiti. Together we can all make a difference and we can change lives! "

Sheryl's Twitter page (@SherylCrow) offers this call to action: "Two years after #Haiti quake the number of orphans has doubled. I'm helping through #AidStillRequired. Will you?"
