Tim McGraw and Faith Hill's daughtersTim McGraw and Faith Hill are the proud parents of three daughters - Gracie, 12, Maggie, 11, and Audrey 7. Like most kids, Tim says each of his girls have their own personality and interests which keep him and Faith constantly on the go!

"Gracie's into fashion design, music and acting," Tim tells PEOPLE. "Maggie is the earth girl. She wants to move to Africa and take care of the kids and animals. Audrey looks just like Faith - all elbows, knees and legs. She loves to sing all the time. They're good kids."

Tim admits that sometimes being the only guy in the house can be frustrating, and he's working on his patience.

"I don't have much choice [but to work on my patience]," Tim says. "I've learned when they say they're ready, I've got 30 minutes. My wife, bless her heart, is the hardest person to get out of the house. She says, 'I have three girls to get ready, and then I'm last.' I always pick on her, but she's got the bigger list of complaints."

With all the girl stuff surrounding his daily life, Tim does manage to make room for some guy time including bird hunting, shooting skeet and utilizing the pilot's license he just earned.

"Maggie's been up with me, but Faith says she doesn't want both parents up there if something happens," Tim says of flying. "I understand, but she's not a good flier. I told her we could get in the mile-high club easy that way -- nobody's around, autopilot," he adds with laughter.

When he's not in the sky, look for Tim out on the road next year with Lady Antebellum and Love and Theft.
