Thomas Rhett and Fall Out Boy shared the stage during the 2015 CMA Awards. The country crooner and rock group sang Rhett's “Crash and Burn," from his No. 1 Tangled Up album, and "Uma Thurman," from Fall Out Boy's American Beauty/American Psycho record.

Rhett seemed completely at ease with the rocking tune, singing among a sea of beautiful dancers, with a changing black-and-white screen flashing behind them.

"Crash and Burn," which became Rhett's fourth No.1 hit, was also the fastest-rising single of his career.

“”Crash” was a really fun way for me to introduce this album, and for it to already be No. 1 is completely crazy,” Rhett explains. “I want to give a huge thanks to everyone for taking a chance on this song and record so far — it’s just a piece of what makes up this new album and me, and I can’t wait to get the rest of it out there.”

Rhett was nominated for the CMA Award for New Artist of the Year. The award went to Chris Stapleton.

The singer is currently on the road with his good friend, Brett Eldredge, as co-headliners of 2015 CMT on Tour, with Danielle Bradbery serving as their opening act. Dates are available on his website.
