Tate Stevens saw of his childhood dreams come true this past weekend. The rising country star made his debut on the Grand Ole Opry on Saturday (June 8).

Stevens, who rose to fame by winning Season 2 of the Fox reality competition 'The X Factor,' performed during a segment that was hosted by Grand Ole Opry and Country Music Hall of Fame member Mel Tillis.

"Next to my children being born, performing at the Opry was the highlight of my life," Stevens says in a press release. "I have dreamed of performing on the Grand Ole Opry ever since I was a kid. It was the honor of a lifetime to be invited to perform there."

Stevens recently released his self-titled debut album via Syco Music/RCA Nashville. His first single, 'Power of a Love Song,' is currently at radio, and he will be touring much of the summer in support of the release. Get all of his upcoming dates here.
