Sunny Sweeney Fans Petition for ‘Chelsea Lately’ Appearance

"I'm a huge -- like ob-sessed Chelsea Handler fan," Sunny Sweeney confesses. "Every time a Chelsea book comes out, my dad gets it for me. My mind is perpetually in the gutter, so I'm thinking, 'This is my soul mate. I need to meet this woman!'"

With the help of a fan, the Sunny on Chelsea Facebook page was created as an online petition to get the newlywed singer to appear on Chelsea's E! talk show, 'Chelsea Lately.' Sunny admits the fan's dedication to the task has been overwhelming.

"It's funny because people will write stuff about it on Twitter, and then they'll Twitter Chelsea Handler with my name and say, 'She needs to be on your show!'" says the 'Drink Myself Single' singer. "I don't even know these people. It's so cool!"

The famous comedienne has hosted a a bevy of country singers in the past, including Trace Adkins, Blake Shelton, Sugarland, Taylor Swift, Jason Aldean and Martina McBride. Sunny is currently on the road promoting her sophomore album, 'Concrete,' which features the Top 10 single, 'From a Table Away.' The Texas native got married last week in Las Vegas in an intimate ceremony at the famed Little White Chapel. Her groom, an Austin, Texas police Sergeant, wrote his own vows composed of country lyrics.
