Steel MagnoliaJoshua Scott Jones and Meghan Linsey of Steel Magnolia are finally realizing another dream come true -- their first full-length album is scheduled to be released this fall. The two, who reached the Top 5 earlier this year with their debut single 'Keep on Lovin' You,' will hit stores with their self-titled debut album on September 21, featuring their recent hit, as well as their current single, 'Just By Being You (Halos and Wings).'

The pair began dreaming about becoming performers and singing in front of crowds when they were barely out of diapers."It was when I was about eight or nine," Joshua tells The Boot. "I was the class clown, and the first time I got a laugh out of my third grade class -- it was something for show and tell -- I just remember from that point on, I thought, 'I want to be an entertainer.' And so I'd lay in my bed at night and think about playing in high-school variety shows, like the older kids, then that would happen, and then playing college bars, and then that happened, and then playing in the city, and then that happened and so forth. It's kind of a dream that you start living out -- it's weird. The more you work at it when you get the right opportunity, it comes together."

"The same thing happened to me," notes Meghan. "Ever since I was a kid, I'd lay in bed and dream about being able to do this. It was never a doubt in my mind until I moved to Nashville, and then I thought, 'Oh God!' [laughs] I thought I'd be famous by the time I was 12, you know? [laughs]" Even as she jokes about the dues she had to pay early on, Meghan knew her dream would eventually become a reality as she hosted karaoke nights in Nashville's famed Printer's Alley bars, which is where she met her future partner.

The duo, who were crowned the winners of CMT's 'Can You Duet?' in 2009, wrote seven of the 12 songs on the upcoming album, including 'Without You,' 'Rainbow,' 'Eggs over Easy' and 'Glass Houses,' which was written solely by Joshua. In addition, the disc also contains songs written by Keith Urban ('Homespun Love') and Lori McKenna ('Bulletproof').

If you can't wait until September to get Steel Magnolia music, the couple's five-song EP, which consists of three of the songs from the forthcoming album ('Keep on Lovin' You,' 'Ooh La La' and 'Edge of Goodbye,' plus two live tracks) is now available.

Steel Magnolia are currently on the road with Brad Paisley's H2O World tour, which will set up shop in Chicago, Ill., on Friday (July 16).
