Another act has been added to Kenny Chesney's already massive 2015 Big Revival Tour. Old Dominion, an up-and-coming band made up of five veteran songwriters, will join Chesney for his stadium run.

The first independent act to be part of a major stadium tour, the group says they're thrilled to have a spot in a lineup that includes Jason Aldean, Eric Church, Brantley GilbertJake OwenChase Rice and Cole Swindell.

"As an independent band, you fight for any chance to get your music in front of as many people as possible -- and you can fit a lot of people in a stadium!" says band member Matt Ramsey. "We are beyond excited and honored that an iconic artist like Kenny is sharing his stage and his fans with Old Dominion. It truly is the opportunity of a lifetime for us, and we are gonna bring it to the No Shoes Nation!”

Old Dominion, made up of Ramsey, Trevor Rosen, Brad Tursi, Whit Sellers and Geoff Sprung, have written numerous hit songs for artists like the Band Perry ('Better Dig Two'), Dierks Bentley ('Say You Do') and Craig Morgan ('Wake Up Lovin' You'), not to mention Chesney and Owen, among others. They released their debut EP as artists in October.

"People need breaks," Chesney says. “It’s part of building, and it’s part of learning how to do it ... I think the audience understands and likes seeing newcomers."

Stadium shows on the 2015 Big Revival Tour begin in May. A complete list of dates, as well as more details, is available here.
