Miranda Lambert and Little Big Town are embracing the collaborative possibilities on their upcoming Bandwagon Tour. Fans who see the two superstar acts this summer will be treated to a set from LBT and a set from Lambert -- both of equal lengths -- before they join forces for a joint set.

Little Big Town member Karen Fairchild explained the plan for the tour to Sounds Like Nashville, hinting that the set will include a number of covers. Fairchild also teased that the stars might even exchange songs, with LBT performing some of Lambert's well-known tunes and vice versa.

“It’s going to be a true collaboration," says LBT's Kimberly Schlapman. Adds Phillip Sweet, "It’s going to be a big jam."

In an interview with Rolling Stone Fairchild shared that she, her bandmates and Lambert had been "brainstorming" their setlists "during a bunch of back-porch hanging meetings."

"Honest to God, there isn’t a song of hers that I wouldn’t want to sing," Fairchild says of Lambert's catalog. "I remember hearing "The House That Built Me" and having to pull my car over from tears. I feel that way about so much of her stuff. Nobody owns the stage like Miranda does, and she has those total kickass moments, and she just kills it."

Lambert and Little Big Town's Bandwagon Tour will begin on July 12 in Charlotte, N.C. Dates are currently scheduled in Cincinnati, Ohio; Pittsburgh, Pa.; Clarkston, Mich.; and more through late August. Fans can get full ticketing details at either MirandaLambert.com or LittleBigTown.com
