Lucy Hale and her fans are both going to be disappointed on Friday night (Feb. 21). The actress and country singer has had to postpone her debut on the Grand Ole Opry due to illness.

According to a press release, the 'Pretty Little Liars' star -- who released her debut single, 'You Sound Good to Me,' on Jan. 7 -- was in the middle of a two-month promotional tour that included meeting country radio and fans, and playing multiple performances across the US before falling ill earlier this week.

The 24-year-old Memphis native has been battling flu symptoms all week, and ultimately had to make the hard decision to postpone the performance, which she calls "a lifelong dream."

She will re-schedule the show for a later date.

Hale is slated to release her debut album, 'Road Between,' on June 3 via DMG Nashville/Bigger Picture Group.
