The term 'multi-talented' doesn't even begin to describe Laura Bell Bundy. The Tony Award-nominated actress/singer/songwriter/dancer/comedienne has spent the last year building her resume with stints including a lead role in CMT's original movie, 'To the Mat,' a supporting role on the hit CBS sitcom, 'How I Met Your Mother,' a sitcom pilot for TBS and a hosting gig at this year's CMA Awards pre-telecast. The Kentucky native is grateful for all of the opportunities, yet hoping they don't overshadow her day job.

"I get asked to host everything, especially this year," Laura Bell told The Boot on the CMA red carpet. "I don't mind, just as long as people don't forget I'm a musician! [laughs]"

Somehow, the blond beauty has also found time to work on her next album, the follow up to last year's 'Achin' and Shakin'.' "It's finished! I turned it in!" she reveals of her second disc for Mercury Nashville. "[It will be out] maybe as soon as the beginning of next year. It's been an amazing process. I worked on it with Nathan Chapman (Taylor Swift, the Band Perry), who's an incredible producer, and I worked with amazing writers in Nashville."

Laura Bell's 2010 album, 'Achin' and Shakin',' has two sides: one of achin' ballads and another of shakin' uptempos. But this time around, she's mixing the heartbreakers and toe-tappers together. The singer, who co-wrote eight of the upcoming project's 12 tracks, also reveals that the new disc is "more of a dirty record" than anything she's ever recorded.

"There's some really personal and emotional stuff on it," she explains. "Then there's some rockers. And people who wanna dance, they expect me to give them something, too, so we've got that ... I think I'm calling the record 'Another Piece of Me.' Each song is a different piece of me."

There's no word yet on when we'll hear the first single from the tentatively titled 'Another Piece of Me,' but in the meantime, you can catch all the different 'pieces' of Laura Bell's hilarious 'Cooter County' web series in the video player below.
