Lady Antebellum's 'Own the Night' has reclaimed the top spot on Billboard's Top Country Albums chart following their Grammy victory last week for Best Country Album. The trio's third album has now spent a total of 10 weeks at the top of the chart since its release in September 2011. The group's sophomore album, 'Need You Now,' is the top-selling country "catalog" album of the week, with fellow Grammy winner Taylor Swift's 'Fearless' at No. 2 on the Top Country Catalog chart.

Dierks Bentley's 'Home,' which was the top country album last week, is now No. 5, with Luke Bryan's 'Tailgates and Tanlines' at No. 4, the Band Perry's self-titled disc at No. 3 and Jason Aldean's 'My Kinda Party' at No. 2.

Not surprisingly, multiple Grammy winner Adele holds down the No. 1 spot on the multi-genre album chart, with the late Whitney Houston's 'Greatest Hits' at No. 2. Lady A's 'Own the Night' jumps from 17 to No. 9 on the Billboard 200, with Grammy-winning duo Civil Wars at No. 10.

Taylor Swift holds the top two spots on the Country Digital Tracks chart. 'Mean' returns to No. 1 from No. 17 last week, while the singer's collaboration with Civil Wars on 'Safe and Sound' is No. 2 after having dropped to No. 24 last week. To date, the two tracks have registered well over two million downloads.
