Major kudos to Lady Antebellum, whose song 'Need You Now' has been named the most downloaded country song of all time. Taylor Swift's 'Love Story' most recently held the title.

Charles Kelley attributes the tune's success to its relatability. "We've all been there," he said backstage at the Grammys. "When you have someone like my dad who I'm like, 'Don't tell me you relate to that.' And he goes, 'I've been there before.' That's when you know, 'Wow, OK. Everybody's had that moment.' It's not just about the 'I'm a little drunk and I need you now.' It's not this inappropriate thing, it's the desperation thing."

The title-track from the trio's triple platinum album also earned three Grammy awards in February for Song, Record and Country Song of the Year. Additionally, the album 'Need You Now' received the ACM trophy for Album of the Year Sunday (April 4), and the band was named Vocal Group for the second consecutive year.

Lady Antebellum are headed Down Under for their first-ever Australian tour with Keith Urban. Their first show is April 8.
