With five CMA awards, six Grammys, seven ACM awards and multi-platinum album sales, among countless other honors, Lady Antebellum have every right to act like divas. And they will ... if only for one night.

The superstar country trio are set to headline the annual Divas Nashvegas benefit on April 29, performing before an intimate crowd in their hometown. All proceeds will benefit Nashville's Oasis Center, the city's only residential and counseling program for homeless, at-risk and underprivileged teens. The non-profit organization is a place near and dear to the hearts of Lady A singer Charles Kelley and his wife, Cassie.

"Cassie and Charles have been volunteers for us for a number of years," Oasis Director of Development Mark Dunkerley tells The Boot. "They have volunteered in our Emergency Shelter for homeless youth for a while, and this past year they showed up around Christmas with bags full of gifts for families they adopted. It's amazing to have a group of their caliber perform this benefit concert, but what makes this really special is the personal interest they have in helping our agency."

Divas Nashvegas, which includes cocktails, dinner and the live concert, will take place under the stars this year, on a farm in Nashville. The angelic-voiced Mandy Barnett will open the show, which also promises a special appearance by a legendary 'Diva.'

"Wynonna is the original Diva!" Dunkerley reports. "She was instrumental in getting Divas Nashvegas off the ground seven years ago, and she continues to be really involved with Oasis today."

Wynonna is pictured left with Oasis Center CEO Hal Cato and one of the organization's 'Safe Place' signs. Those signs let kids in crisis know where to go for shelter, a warm meal and a friend to talk to.

A limited number of Divas Nashvegas tables, which each seat 10 - 12 guests, are still available. You can also purchase individual seats. Buy your tickets here.

"All the money raised is going to our emergency shelter, which is a two-week program for teenagers who are about to enter state custody," says Dunkerley. "Lady A's hit, 'I Run to You,' could easily be the theme song of Oasis' shelter, as it gives teenagers and parents a place to run to when life just seems overwhelming. Last year, we helped 96% of the youth who stayed with us avoid foster care by safely reuniting them with their family."
